Great North Run, September

Join 60,000 determined runners and take part in the world’s biggest half marathon on 7th September 2025.

Every day 60 women and people with gynae organs in the UK are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer, and 21 die. By joining #TeamEve, you can help to make gynaecological cancers diseases of the past.

About the event 

The Great North Run is famous for it’s inclusive atmosphere, unbeatable on-route entertainment and warm Geordie welcome. Starting in Newcastle and finishing at South Shields, this route will take you from city to coast.
