You can sign up for free by clicking here and providing your details. You’ll then get emails and a digital fundraising pack to get started with the challenge.
No – you can run, walk, hop, skip or jog, it’s entirely up to you!
To prove you completed the Get Lippy Run you can post a photo in the Get Lippy Run Facebook Group or email a photo to fundraising@eveappeal.org.uk.
It is completely up to you. You could do just under 2k for 31 days or you could do 30k for 2 days. Use the Get Lippy Run tracker to track how far you’ve gone and how far you’ve got left to go, or track your distance using Strava or Fitbit and link your account to your JustGiving page. Click here to find out how to do this.
You will receive your t-shirt within 10-15 days after receiving the first donation on your JustGiving page, including any donations you add yourself.
Anyone who fundraises £25 or more will receive a finishers medal approximately 6 weeks after the Get Lippy Run.
We are encouraging everyone to complete their challenge in May. However, if you are joining the challenge later, need more time or need to get started early then that’s fine – do just let us know.
We’re challenging you to complete 60k throughout May for the 60 women and people with gynae organs who are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer every day in the UK.
We completely understand that it might be hard to collect money from friends and family at the moment. We’d recommend asking people for smaller donations e.g. £4 and to let them know that whatever they are able to donate can make a difference.
If you’ve set up a JustGiving page, then the money comes directly to us, or if you’ve collected cash, we recommend paying it into your bank account and paying it in online.
