Setting up a fundraising page
There are two main fundraising platforms that you can use to create your fundraiser – JustGiving (just click ‘fundraise for us’) and Facebook. Both are simple to set up, can be personalised and will automatically send donations straight to The Eve Appeal.
Holding a party
When you send out the invites, let friends and family know that you are asking for donations instead of gifts – they can either donate to your online page or on the day. We can provide donation envelopes for you to use, this allows friends and family to make their donations in private and means we can claim Gift Aid.
Materials
If you’d like any materials for your event do get in touch – we have balloons, leaflets, collection boxes, t-shirts, and pin badges that we would be happy to send out to you.
