21 Miles in Memory is a virtual challenge all about making a difference. Everyone taking part has one thing in common, we want to remember those special to us and stop people dying from gynaecological cancers. Whether you are remembering an important anniversary, or getting a group together to share memories, you’ll be helping to save lives for generations to come.
How can I complete the 21 Miles?
The main aim of the challenge is to take on 21 miles, but how and where you conquer those miles is entirely your call. You decide the time, the place, and if you want to walk, run, swim, cycle or hop. Do it all in one go or spread it out over a week – it’s your choice.

Why 21 miles?
Every day, 21 people in the UK die as a result of a gynaecological cancer. That’s far too many wives, daughters, sisters, partners and friends. We want to change that. Your generosity and fundraising can help us keep funding innovative new research into the prevention and earlier diagnosis of all five gynaecological cancers, as well as allow us to keep raising awareness of their signs and symptoms and breaking down the taboos around gynaecological health.
Is there a cost to sign up or a fundraising target?
There’s no fundraising target, the goal is to raise as much as you can, so every contribution matters. Whether you manage to raise £10, £100, or even £1000, your support will help to detect gynaecological cancers earlier when they’re most treatable. Or even better, prevent them from developing in the first place.
If you manage to raise over £25, we’ll send you an Eve t-shirt to wear proudly and a Memory Pack filled with thoughtful ways to remember your special someone during the challenge.
